At Delune Men, we create each product specifically for you immediately after your order is placed. This bespoke, on-demand approach minimizes waste and ensures exceptional quality.

Due to the custom nature of our production process:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds, as the product is made-to-order and cannot be restocked or resold.

Damages or Defects Only

We take great care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at support@delunemen.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement for the defective item.

EU Customer Notice

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may still have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU's "Cooling-Off Period." However, this right may be limited for custom-made or personalized goods, which is how we approach production. Please contact us for specific guidance.
