Taxes and duties
Taxes and duties depend on your delivery destination. Where available, charges are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises later.
Orders to the EU, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand include applicable taxes and duties at checkout.
For other destinations, local taxes, duties, or customs fees may be charged when your package arrives. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking can take a little time to update after dispatch, especially during busy carrier periods.
