How long will it take to get my order?
Every order goes through 1–3 business days of handling before it ships. Add that to the transit time you pick at checkout and that's your total delivery window.

All times are based on business days (Monday–Friday).
💰 Taxes and duties
What you pay at checkout depends on where you're based:
- No extra fees on delivery — orders to the EU, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand have all taxes and duties included at checkout.
- Fees may apply on delivery — for all other destinations, local taxes or duties may be charged when your package arrives. This is the customer's responsibility.
Shipping restrictions
Alcohol-based fragrances can't ship to certain locations — or may need special handling. Email support@delunemen.com if you're unsure.
